  • 3D press-ons include sculpted elements — raised art, charms, texture, crystals, layered gel detailing.

    They’re not flat.
    They’re not subtle.
    They are wearable art.

    Handle with care and store properly between wears.

  • It depends on your application spell:

    • Adhesive tabs: 1–3 days (perfect for events)
    • Nail glue: 1–3+ weeks (with proper prep)

    Longevity always comes down to prep and lifestyle. Your nails are only as loyal as your cuticle prep.

  • Yes — if removed gently and cleaned properly, your Faebound claws can absolutely rise again.

    Adhesive tabs make reuse easier. Glue gives longer wear.

    1. Push back cuticles

    2. Lightly buff natural nails

    3. Clean with alcohol

    4. Apply adhesive (tab or glue)

    5. Press firmly for 20–30 seconds

    Application instructions are included with every order.

  • Never rip them off.

    Soak hands in warm, soapy water and gently lift from the sides using cuticle oil.

    Slow removal = reusable nails.

 

Sizing

  • Measure the widest part of each nail and compare to our Fit Guide.

    Between sizes? Choose the larger option for comfort.

    If you want certainty, order a Faebound Sizing Kit first.

  • Unlike other press-ons, Faebound press-ons are available in both Natural (flat) and Sculpted (curved) fits.

  • Think of it like this:

    Natural = balanced, versatile, suits most people
    Sculpted = deeper curve, more dramatic fit

    If your nails are fairly flat or standard in shape, choose Natural.

    If your nails have a strong arch or you’ve struggled with press-ons feeling too flat before, Sculpted may suit you better.

    When in doubt, Natural is the safest choice.

  • All sets are handmade to order, so we’re unable to offer remakes or exchanges for incorrect sizing.

    Please measure carefully before ordering — we promise it’s worth the extra minute.

  • Slightly.

    Different shapes and lengths can feel a little different on the nail. Our tiers are proportioned carefully, but if you have unique nail proportions, custom sizing is always available.

  • Yes — if you know your exact sizes (00–9), you can select custom sizing at checkout.

    Perfect for those who fall outside standard tiers.

 

Customer Care

  • It happens!

    Replacement nails can be purchased for $10 AUD.

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

    Shipping time is separate from processing time.

    Once your parcel leaves us, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

    Use that tracking link for the most accurate delivery updates.

  • Once your parcel leaves Faebound, delivery is in the hands of the postal carrier.

    Check your tracking first.
    If needed, contact your local post office with your tracking number.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately and we’ll update it.

    If it has already shipped, you’ll need to contact the postal carrier to redirect it.

    Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

    If approved, we’ll provide next steps.

    Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

 

Payment

  • We accept major credit and debit cards, Afterpay and PayPal, with secure payment options available through Squarespace checkout.

    All transactions are processed securely.

  • Yes — if your code is valid and active.

    Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

 

Shipping & Delivery

  • Yes, we ship to PO Boxes within Australia.

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

    Shipping time depends on your selected method:

    • Standard: 2–8 business days
    • Express: 1–4 business days

    Processing time and shipping time are separate.

 

Returns

  • Due to hygiene considerations and the handmade nature of our sets, we do not offer returns for:

    • Incorrect sizing
    • Change of mind
    • Improper application

    If your item is faulty, please send a raven within 48 hours.

    Please review our returns policy before ordering.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Digital gift cards can be purchased directly from our website and are delivered via email.

  • If you’re experiencing issues, contact us with your gift card code and order number and we’ll assist you.
