  • Standard Shipping
    $10 AUD — or FREE on orders over $150 AUD
    Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days

    Express Shipping
    $15 AUD — or FREE on orders over $220 AUD
    Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days

  • Domestic orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

    Orders placed after 3pm AWST will typically be processed on the next business day.

    Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

  • Once your parcel has been dispatched, Faebound is not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier.

    For updates regarding shipping delays, we recommend contacting your local post office directly using your tracking number.

 

Returns

  • Due to hygiene considerations and the handmade nature of our press-on sets, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for:

    • Change of mind

    • Selecting a different style after purchase

    • Incorrect size selection

    • Incorrect application

    We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

    If you’re unsure about sizing, we strongly recommend ordering a Faebound Sizing Kit before committing to your final set.

    Damaged or Faulty Items

    In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please send a raven within 48 hours of delivery at: faeboundbeauty@gmail.com

    Please include clear photos of the issue so we can assess it promptly.

    Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

    Return Eligibility

    If a return is approved, the item must:

    • Remain in the exact condition it was received
    • Be unused and unworn
    • Include all original components (including tool kits)
    • Be returned in its original packaging
    • Include proof of purchase

    We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

    Refunds

    If your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item in its original condition.

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
